We've been in our new home for 6 months. This is NOT a review about delays...this is about quality of the build and customer service. To start off on a positive... The salesperson (Gail) was extremely helpful to us as she kept us informed pre-possession. Gail was our go-to person when we weren't sure what to expect next or couldn't reach someone at Country Green Homes to answer our questions. Once we took possession though, things went South. Initially, the deficiencies were being worked on, but now that the other units are closing, the builder seems to be more busy collecting cheques than completing oustanding work. Communication with customer service is next to nil and we are quite frustrated with this and the quality of workmanship of the trades when they do come to do the work. Our deadline before we get Tarion involved is fast approaching and frankly we don't hold out much hope in that avenue either. Tired and frustrated.

We've been in our new home for 3.5 months so we can share our experience with this company on many levels. The salesperson was extremely helpful to us as she kept us informed throughout and as we had never bought a brand new build before, she helped us understand the process from signing the papers to inspection to possession. Gail was our go-to person when we weren't sure what to expect next or couldn't reach someone at Country Green Homes to answer our questions. Yes, we had delays but they didn't seem extreme in the case of the Kitchener project. The customer service staff (since taking possession) have been responsive in getting deficiencies completed. The trades coming to complete the work have been okay for the most part--but it is time consuming to work through the deficiencies list. We are still working on things and I don't know how this compares to other builders but Country Green staff have been cooperative in helping with the resolution of issues. So far so good!
