My turbine vent had been squeaking for the past 3 years (most notably during the winter season). I called a couple of companies and Elvis returned my call promptly. He described in detailed what he would do differently to ensure that my turbine vent lasts, provided a 5 year warranty, and gave a competitive quote. He eased my doubts and fears by making sure that I got it fixed in a timely fashion even though it was a relatively small job. Elvis was on time and professional.
