Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Vaughan

We installed Hometech wndows in 2 locations over the last 10 years. We were very satisfied with the product. When we needed some service for the windows, Hometech responded immediately and provided us with excellent results.

Poor service for their defective product .

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Vaughan

We purchased windows where the glass was defective and the company knowing knew that it was. In 2016 they replaced 3 units at no charge. Now 11 units are defective and want to charge for the replacement and to be paid BEFORE installation. They knew the defect and now want to be paid upfront. The customer service person extremely officious and unhelpful.
