Alarm / Video Monitoring System
I have been looking for a security system and called a few companies for information - many of them called me repeatedly to get the sale, it was annoying. I decided to check Homestars for references.
Skywire had great reviews so I called and spoke with Paul. He explained my options and costs, in a no-pressure conversation that made me feel comfortable with the products and services Skywire had available. Today, the alarm system and video monitoring were installed. Paul and his colleague worked efficiently to install the system in my tiny, old bungalow (with plaster walls) and to make the system work according to my needs. Paul patiently explained how to use the system and DVR.
I like the fact that Skywire is my contact for questions or future system additions - I like the no pressure approach and the easy and thoughtful demeanor of the team.

- I googled a number of companies in the GTS online and called a few looking for quotes. It was really frustrating - some of the companies called me almost daily to see if I had made a decision. My recommendation is to use Homestars site first and then make calls based on the references on the website. I am really pleased that I decided to go with Skywire. I know a lot of it is just peace of mind, but I do feel safer with the system they installed today.
