Thanks to Terra for our condo home inspection. Terra was responsive to all my calls inquiring about scheduling a home inspection, including having to cancel one. She was professional in all of these calls and at the home during the inspection. She came on time, was friendly and answered all of our questions and involved us in the inspection. She was very forward about the limitations of a condo inspection and its implications.
