I have nothing but great things to say about this home inspector.
They were one of the only ones in the city that was able to take my call on a weekend evening, and was able to accommodate an incredibly fast turnaround (less than 48 hours after I called them), which is so important in Calgary's current real estate market, with condition dates being so competitive.
The inspection was thorough, and the inspector took the time to explain in detail every section of the report. They went above and beyond to leave stickers and notes in the furnace room to serve as reminders and references to the report.
I also love that they request an optional food item donation to the food bank. I think that is a wonderful way to run your business
All in all, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they left me feeling confident and secure about the state of the home that we purchased.
