Our realtor was even surprised why Terra is so welcoming for us to join her as she is actually doing the inspection and asking questions along the way. Home inspection done by Terri was absolutely top-notch!! She took the time to explain everything very thoroughly, clearly and patiently Moreover, the report was super detailed full of recommendations on what needs immediate care and what we should keep on monitoring in the future.
