i have had an amazing experience with ea roofing and renovations Nino and Mark where patient and thorough in explaining the contract details as we planned the project. They was a pleasure to work with, and they helped me with some of the planning decisions I had to make. I loved how detailed the contract was which helped me to make decisions about what to do and not do. The project lasted four months, and I continued to work in the upstairs of my home while the renovation continued downstairs. I had braced myself for a tedious time, but the professionalism of the crew made this as pleasant an experience as one could expect for a renovation. they and there crew were fantastic. They were all professional and hard working, attending to details I might not have noticed. Despite the changes in the plans along the way, they finished on time. They also had incredibly high standards – which was a delight compared to my prior experiences with people who worked on my house. Nino worked so hard throughout the project, and always with a light-hearted attitude and patience – even in the cold. Mark helped me with the paint and always had a corny joke to tell which lightened the stress of watching the demolition part of the job. Nino – I want to thank most of all for his kindness, patience and professionalism. He helped me when I had trouble with my architect; he was always patient explaining things and had a profound sense of professionalism in his work. I could not have asked for a better experience and the results are fantastic. I love my new home! I cannot recommend EA roofing and renovations highly enough. Thank you to each of you who helped renovate my home.

EA Roofing & Renovations was outstanding. They were extremely accommodating and flexible around my schedule and requests as the room was taking shape. I knew exactly what I wanted the Home Office to look like and I could tell they understood my vision, whereas I had had other contractors in for quotes and they were more focused on their ideas than what I wanted. I got exactly the space I wanted. They did a tremendous job of taking a room in an old house and making it something special. I'd hire them back any day.

Recently we found a spot on our roof that is leaking. We immediately asked our friend whose a strata manager for advice. She immediately recommended us to this company and we asked for a quote. The repair was done very quickly and on schedule with the final price accurately matching the estimate. Now I don't have a leaky roof anymore.

I needed to expand my house and I knew what I wanted to do, but I was missing one component... A General Contractor who was knowledgeable, accountable, thorough, fair, and who would give me value. After wasting weeks of time dealing with contractor quotes, and debating on whether I should buy another home to move into or keep with my quest to renovate, I was referred to Mark at EA roofing, and THANK GOD I HAD!!!! From start to finish this company and all its employees' were courteous, smart, and helpful in all areas of the project, and with the scale of the project, the company was on top of every single detail. . With the amount of wisdom Mark imparted, you would think he taught a building course at BCIT. . Let’s talk about the stuff you can see: The finishings. He is no designer by his own admission, but he knows what looks good and what will “pop” and what gives things the “WOW” factor. I took almost all of his recommendation, only differing on personal taste choices, but his placement of windows, doors, trims, and all other finishing details was impeccable. Behind the paint: Let me put it to you this way…. Mike Holmes and his show will NEVER be visiting my house!!! The place is solid, and I know because he made me watch and take pictures at every stage. I always stayed out of his way, but he gave me an education on my home. The workmanship is impeccable, and he is proud of all his work.i am not the easiest to please but Mark just amazed us byhis small detail to work was sooo impressive .i would use EA rnovations over and over again. I already have passed his name on to others and cant say enough about this company, there are alot of contractors out there yes, but to find a company like EA renovations are slim these days as you see and hear of so many poor contractors, pleasure to work with you and cant say enough about you...with a toaqst to you and your crew thank YOU so much ....Jen and Dale

We are very pleased with completion of our exterior house painting and the trim around our window. Thank you to Mark and his workers for their professional work and their attention to detail. Mark took the time to ensure we were pleased with the house... our house definitely looks years younger!!!

Due to the poor original construction of the house we purchased, the bathroom walls around the shower were rotted and needed to be replaced. We received a number of quotes that ranged from $1,500 to $5,000, with most offering a one year warranty.

Mark came to quote and he was very professional and he offered a two year warranty, so we made the decision to utilize his company. Work was done when he said it would be (and I can tell you that this is not the case with all contractors), the quality was excellent and the attention to detail was impressive. Further, the bathroom was cleaned up at the end of the job (again, not the case with all contractors).

Finally, the job came in UNDER the quote!!!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for household renovations.

Mark and his crew did an outstanding job on our renovation and deck. He completed on time and within budget for the job. When there were any new items that came up (we have an old house), he discussed economical options and gave us lots of notice on additional costs. The work was very well done. Mark has the ability to see the big picture as well as focus on small details; thus, the back of our house underwent a complete overhaul (rather than just a piece of it). The crew arrived on time everyday and worked efficiently and with very little disruption to our household.
I would highly recommend Mark and his team for any job. This is the second project he has completed for us and I would definately hire him for more in the future.

We got our cedar roof replaced with asphalt shingles early February. Mark was one of the first people to come over and give us an estimate. From the start he seemed very friendly and easy to work with. His quote was quite competitive and made our shortlist. We appreciated Mark’s polite follow up emails, which to us, said he cared for our business. Mark worked with our hesitations in picking a color of our choice. He brought us actual asphalt shingles as samples to gives us a better idea. The roofer guys worked very hard on some very cold February days. And in the matter of days got the job all done. They cleaned up very well after. One of the most impressive things – we accidentally had our garage door left wide open by family, with no one at home and the roofer guys were kind enough to notice, get it closed and inform us. We wanted some additional venting put in and Mark offered his services. When his colleague found that it was not necessary and that we had the system in place, Mark credited back our check for the work. We’ve had a positive experience with Mark and his crew. We’ll definitely think of them the next time we have a project.

Once again, Mark and his team have exceeded our expectations and delivered us a project that is everything we hoped for and much more!

From day one, it was clear Mark understood what we wanted and he provided us with options that really helped take the project to a whole new level while keeping it all well within our budget. It was really amazing how he took our vision, expanded on it and then built us a play structure that surpassed what we had hoped for. He built it with the safety of our kids in mind and to last well beyond their needs!
