If I could, I would give Shift Air Mechanical a score of 100 out of 10. I was dealing with another "plumbing" company here in Calgary who advertized that they did air conditioning work. They attempted to overcharge me. After getting their inflated quote and getting the run around from some people in their office, I felt that I was getting ripped off. After I told them to take a hike, I contacted Shift Air. It turned out to be the best call that I could have ever made. Brent was fantastic to deal with, he came over very quickly, was very throughout and honest in his assessment of my problem. While this other company (who is on this site and has a large number of 10's - surprising) quoted me $4500.00 worth of work (almost entirely unnecessary), Shift Air had my air conditioning unit up and running for 8% of the other quote, a savings of over $4000.
I would recommend Shift Air for any of your HVAC needs. As long as they are in business, Shift Air will always be my first call.
