Experience with Doors and more was amazing from placing an order, all the way to an installation. At first their measuring guy, Josh, came twice (due my mistake) and gave me complete description about their products and what would fit our needs the best without influencing my decision. Then Frank called me to give an estimate time of installation. Since some other contractors were late, I had to postpone installation. Frank accommodated my request without additional charges. Not just that, they actually reduced the cost, since I made some changes in hardware. And I wasn't even aware I'm entitled for lower price !!!! On the day of installation, it turned out that one hinge is slightly different than the other one. Realistically, it was not even easily visible, but one of the installers went back to bring me identical one. Installers were clean, precise, making sure everything is perfectly installed, sealed, cleaned. I was interested about the process and they were very willing to explain to the little details. I can only highly recommend them. Thanks again
