I found that I had a leaky rad and called the folks at AN Heating and asked if they could come the same day because I couldn't tell if it was a small problem or a big one. They managed to fit me in, fixed the problem quickly and ended up charging me a bit less than the estimate because the job ended up being smaller than expected.
An excellent experience all around.
