Mike was friendly, professional, knowledgable and patient. During the home inspection he pointed out things and explained what he was looking for, and why. When he found something, he explained what he found, why it was an issue and how urgent it was to fix it (and why it was so urgent). He also handled all of my questions with expert ease. I will refer him to anyone who is looking for an excellent home inspector, and will definitely be seeking his services again!
