We hired Cadaxx about 9 months ago for drawings and permits. Unfortunately because of issues with the city, we had many issues to deal with. Cadaxx has been incredible the entire way.
Any changes or adjustments that were required, were addressed right away. Communication is amazing. Knowledge even more amazing.
We have now received our permits and are able to start renovations. It was not easy, but was definitely no stress because of the expertise from Cadaxx. City of Toronto is a pain to deal with, but if you choose the right firm, it truly makes a world of difference.
