Chasing them down several times a week to try to follow up on our order and book a second repair appointment
Chestermere location was eager and quick to book the initial repair appointment, but getting them to come back with the ordered parts or even respond to email was a nightmare.
Havent had a working appliance for well over a month, I wish I had gone with a more established provider than this unreliable mom and pop shop that wanted the initial appointment but are no where to be found to come back with the right parts to fix it.

So frustrated
