I hired Patricia to stage my 3500 sq. ft. home in April, in order to sell. Pat came & assessed, & also made suggestions of work that we could do on her behalf in order to save money. When I saw her finished result, I couldn't believe it was the same home! Her creative talent is second to none, she moved furniture from room to room and used some of my pieces elsewhere that I never would have thought to do. She also put some fabulous touches on some of my outdated furniture, making it look a little more current. I was surprised at her large array of inventory.

But where Patricia really shines is her eye for colour. The accent pieces that she brought in to hilight my granite, hardwood, cupboards and brick, was simply outstanding. She truly thinks "outside of the box". Her work resulted in multiple offers and $6,000 more than asking price. I highly recommend her and her cheerful team, and would use her again without second thoughts.

I promise, you will not be disappointed.

Nothing. They were professional and friendly in every possible way.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Definitely stage! Your stager will give advice on de-cluttering, paint and wallpaper, furniture placement - all with an unbiased, but professional opinion. Use a professional. Because I did, it resulted in multiple offers and more than asking price.
