My fiance and myself are getting ready to move out and were looking to rent our place in the meantime, so before listing and having people come in to see the space, we needed it to be spotless. As soon as I touched base with Jacob, he took the time to understand our needs and was helpful immediately. Lani came in that same week and she did an AMAZING JOB...she cleaned scuffs on the walls without harming the paint, cleaned all the baseboards, the bathroom and kitchen were sparkling, and she even cleaned inside the vents! I don't think this place has ever been this clean, we will definitely be calling Jacob to arrange maintenance cleaning in our new home!
