Andrei and his team of professionals had refinished the downstairs of my home a few years ago and did an excellent job. So when it was time to replace the carpet on my stairs, I did not hesitate to call Tip Top again. From quote to finished product, they were in and done within the week. I was lucky that he had an open slot! I wouldn't have any other company touch the woodwork in my house. Knowledgeable, professional and a great communicator.
