Grand Alarms guys are simply great. They know their business very well and do it with full passion. Right from my first appointment at their studio, I felt I am in good hands. Mary Spadafina at the studio understood all my needs and provided her expert opinion on what should buy and what should I pass. It was a very honest start and from that point I have a great confidence on these guys that they won’t sell anything unnecessary to their customers to make a short term profit. They truly take time to understand customer’s needs and customize packages / offerings to fulfil that while respecting your dollars.
A day before technician appointment, I got a call from Rajveer Kaur to the schedule confirmation. She did a fantastic job to accommodate my schedule. And, finally on the day of installation, I spoke to Elizabeth Aversa, who made sure that my experience is going well with the technician at my house or if I need any additional help (considering it was my first time with all these installation and gadgets). Highly recommend these guys no matter you have been using some security systems already or are totally new to this world. You are in safe hands, I must say.
