Grand Alarms was the only company that didn't try to prey on or create a sense of fear; all the others tried to push upgrade after upgrade in the face of some ambigiuos boogyman. The staff at Grand Alarms were straight forward about the obstacles in securing a home and educated us about their choices in the products they use. The guys who installed the unit were very respectful, they actually acknowledged that they were in a home and not a job site, something the other tradesmen working at the same time did not. They were professional, polite, and clean! When I come home at night and turn on my system, between the outside cameras, motion sensors, and video relay, I breath easy.
