Ekko Cabinetry

I had 30 year old kitchen and wanted a kitchen that was more functional for our entertaining needs. The interiors of the cabinets (roll outs and magic corner) were as important to me as the exterior appearance. Rema did an excellent job of measuring and planninq the cabinets to accommodate the things that were important to me. Ekko did the cabinets, but we did our own contracting for everything else. Ekko was able to remain on the timeline that they promised. There was one error regarding the size of the island, but they corrected this in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction.

Rema designed the island that has received many compliments from our guests. It was tricky to design because of the limited available space and other architectural features, but she anticipated all the needs and it is now the center of our entertaining space in the kitchen. Her advice about color coordination of countertop and cabinets was very helpful. Ekko coordinated with Fine Line for the quartz and time lines were honored.

Any time I had a question or concern Rob was always prompt to reply and to keep me in the loop. The installation was done well and workers appeared to be conscientious and did a quality job. I feel like we have good quality kitchen that we will enjoy for years to come..

The sales staff (Rema Dixon and Scott Hunter) were competent and knowledgeable. Design, measurements and cabinetry ordering from the supplier all proceeded smoothly, and delivery was made when promised. The installer (Rob) was very able and initial installation, replacement of shipping-damaged pieces and after-installation touch-ups were completed satisfactorily. All-in-all both office and site performance by Ekko were exemplary.

We met Rema at the Home and Garden show last spring and engaged Ekko to remodel our kitchen. Her professionalism, great ideas, and amazing service made us extremely pleased to have chosen Ekko, and we would do so again in a heartbeat! The quality of our cabinets and countertop is spectacular, and most of all, she helped us to design a kitchen that would maximize our small space. We could not be more pleased!

Tim, Rema & the whole team from Ekko was great to work with. They presented lots of ideas & integrated our ideas into their plans. They were efficient, courteous & delivered on time. The kitchen looks great & I would highly recommend them to anyone renovating their kitchen.

We initially spoke with Suzanne M at the Home and Garden show in February. She helped us reimagine our kitchen and came up with an amazing design that took into consideration our needs and wants. When it came time to the installation, Rodney was meticulous in the installation. Scott (one of the owners) came by several times over the 3 days to help, clean up the garbage and packaging from the products. Rob (project manager) followed up after the installation. We had a minor issue when the granite counter top was installed, but Rob came right away to check what happened, and had the problem fixed within 24 hours. From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience as we were treated with courtesy and respect throughout the entire process. Renovating is a stressful experience, but Ekko made it less so with their competent, professional staff.

We started a kitchen reno , 6 months ago .Scott and his team were great . The quality is very good, albeit pricey compared to what I'm used to .

After shopping around for Kitchen Cabinet companies we decided on Ekko. Our designer, Rema was what made us choose Ekko. Her design was unlike the others and she put alot of time and creativity into our initial plan. Other companies gave us a "cookie cutter" plan until we were willing to sign on the dotted line. Rema was available for consultation every step of the way, even though we were sourcing some of the work ourselves. Her followup and attention to detail was amazing.
Installation was well done, and done on time. The finished product is flawless. We couldn't be happier.
And as far as price goes, by the time we had some custom features added, Ekko isn't any pricier than other companies.

We found Ekko at the Home Show and liked that they are a smaller, family run business. Suzanne, a designer, came out to our home and listened and brainstormed with us for a couple of hours. She presented us a design 2 weeks later that we loved. Other outfits will not even discuss design with you unless you put down a deposit and commit to the job. Suzanne was excellent to work with. She explained the whole process, fit our requests and ideas into the design, and recommended a general contractor that was also excellent. The beautiful cabinets arrived on time and in good shape. The install took a little longer than expected but the job was done well. We had a small issue with the quartz counter install which Ekko rectified within a couple of days. They were attentive and committed to our satisfaction. We are very happy with our new kitchen.

EKKO designed and supplied the cabinetry for our new home. The results are stunning. The cabinets are functional, lots of room for storage, but on top of that, they are beautiful. From initial design discussions to final installation and service, everyone was on time, professional, and extremely helpful. My family thanks you, I am happy actually cooking in a great kitchen that works well!!
