Exterior work on Small Condo Building
As a board member we are required to have a minimum of three quotes for proposed work. The quote from SIS was professionally done with very clear explanations of what the job would entail. The staff was flexible around my schedule to visit the site to discuss the material colours and combinations as well as any complications to the work due to site limitations. The crew were courteous and polite and worked steadily through very hot weather and when the neighbouring building unexpectedly decided to replace their parking lot while the SIS crew was on site they were able to pivot so as to not lose time. The workmanship is excellent and overall the board, owners and tenants are really pleased with the improvement that the work has made on the building. The communication was prompt and helpful, the billing procedure was clear and accurate and the follow up was genuine. Thank you SIS!
