My roof was leaking in two places: around the chimney and an air vent. The said they fixed the problem, I paid them, the roof continued to leak. When I called to complain, they said too bad we don't warranty our work. I paid them $600 for nothing. Shameful.

I am very sorry to read a review giving us a zero on a repair we did in 2010. We did the repair on this roof in 2010 and gave a 90 day warranty letting you know that this was temporary and the roof needed replacing we came back again when the leak was coming from the same spot and said again the roof needs replacing. Your wife said she was happy and we always answer our phone and are more than willing to help. You cannot think it is fair that we repair again after we let you know your entire roof needed to be replaced and to post 3 years later is very low.
