Landscaping restoration and maintenance

We moved in to our home 4 months after closing because of renovations; our lawn and garden were out of control by that time! We called up a few places, and Judith was one of the first to get back to us. Not only was she available (what good is a garden service that isn't available until next season?), but she was also prompt and genuinely cared about helping us get things back in shape. She took the time to explain all our options and the work involved. In the end, pricing felt fair considering the level of care and attention our lawn and garden received.
The Curbz crew were always friendly, professional and willing to talk. Judith would often visit the site to oversee how the work was coming along. That included things like paring back our hydrangea vines, removing an infested one, weeding, removing saplings, pruning, edging, cultivating soil, setting up a rain barrel and helping us re-plant a yew after some plumbers had destroyed one of our plants.
As new homeowners, Judith and her team's willingness to answer questions was a boon for our sanity. They definitely care about beautiful work and deliver results!

Approximate cost of services:
$3,000.00
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Restoration work is intensive and fairly involved. Plus you run the risk of losing beautiful old plants if you let things get out of hand. Get on top of things early. Maintenance, no matter how you cut it, is always cheaper than a large landscaping project.

Company Response

Thanks for the positive review Mike! The crew and I enjoyed working with you as well. Your property is a lovely one, and with another season of attention I can see it being a true garden showpiece. A homeowner's inquisitiveness doesn't pose a threat to us...it only shows that they care and will keep the garden looking great in between our visits!
