I Plow It 4 U

As a positive review, this was the 2nd yr this company was hired for snow removal . Last year it was completed by a different driver, Alex, who did a very good job, & I can see why many of the comments may be positive for this company. This season 2022-2023 it's been Ramon, who this review is referring to. From the 1st snowfall, I cringed to see the amount of snow left in the driveway. Ramon has successfully learned to how pack the snow into the driveway after a snowfall vs. actually removing the snow. After one of my calls to him, I was told that if I wasn't happy, I should not use him next year. The last straw was in the snowfall of of March 4/23 snowfall. Before this big storm, our driveway was clear of any snow or ice. My husband happened to be outside when the team arrived to plow the driveway & after see the shoddy job asked one of the men to clean up a bit more. There was so much snow packed into our driveway, it was ready to be a skating rink! Ramon jumped out of his truck in anger yelling at my husband. (smile Ramon you're on the security camera!)... Who does this person think he is, does he forget that we are paying customers and he's not doing us a favour by plowing our driveway? It's a job that should be completed to the client's satisfaction. He also spoke to a neighbor about us, telling them that he would not do our driveway next year. Did he actually think that we would call him back? Just as a side note, I spoke to him 2x this season to clear the snow the city had left from the sidewalk, and that was an extra charge. And yes after the March 4th episode I admit I did text him in a state of disgust regarding his attitude! One of the pictures shows a family member clearing my driveway after Ramon's plowing. I would really love to see where many of the reviews who received excellent service as well as salting reviews are located! I received neither!
