My furnace was 28 years old. It was makina a lot of vibrating noise.I changed the furnace filter. It continue to make a lot of noise.l I decided to upgrade to an high efficiency furnace . Furnace king gave me a 10 year maintenance for a new Trane furnace. Very satisfied.

On Tuesday, July 16th, 2013, I had the wonderful opportunity of meeting with Sandip of Furnace King. Upon his first greeting, I felt quite at ease that he was an excellent representative of a reputable air conditioning company.

Being a newly separated mom, I was a little hesitant at first, about making such a huge decision to purchase a ductless air conditioner with a company of whom I had not heard.

Sandip made me feel at ease, as he fully explained about his career with Furnace King and the history of the company itself. He then shared about all the benefits and cost savings of the air conditioning unit. He showed me, in depth, the different options I had for which unit would be most beneficial and I was amazed when he said I would be able to defer the payments as well, for one year!

He also followed up during the week after I made the decision to go ahead with the installation, to make sure I felt relaxed about the purchase and if I had any further questions.

Being an extremely hot week of the summer, we needed the air conditioner within good time and only 4 days later, very promptly, on Saturday, July 20, 2013, Mike and his team, arrived at our home right on time at 8:45 am. He also, was most pleasant and courteous, along with his team of colleagues in training.

They even laid the red carpet, (and I am not even a member of famous celebrities !!)to protect our floors and carpets and worked diligently for 6 hours, explaining how the A/C unit would work. Mike also made suggestions, as to how we could change the look of the walls, as some extra piping had to be moved to accomodate the wiring. As well, I didn't have to worry at all, as the old unit was taken away by Mike, which was one less thing for me to think about!

We wish to send both Sandip and Mike, our sincere thanks for a job well done and for making our home very comfortable with the new air conditioner. We would be most happy and will be sure to forward their names along with Furnace King, to all our friends.

As well, we received the free coupon for a trip for two, which hopefully my family and I can use very soon!

Sandip responded to our inquiry through Home Depot for a replacement air conditioner. He was very professional, outlining the features and benefits of a Trane air conditioner and the service provided by Furnace King. After installation he made a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied. I nice touch.
Installation was completed within a few days of our order by Mike and John. They were terrific, completing the installation promptly and even making some adjustments to allow for easier filter changes. When they left the house they cleaned up and took all material them.
We would gladly recommend Furnace King, Sandip, Mike and John for air conditioning.

The installation of our new Trane air conditioner unit went extremely smoothly, not to mention it was completed (including total cleanup) within a 2 hour window. No mess, no fuss!

The 2 reps from Furnace King who did this job were very friendly, attentive and informative, and obviously knew their stuff.

This experience was everything Sandip said it would be. As well, I really appreciated receiving Sandip's personal call to us that same evening to follow up on the installation.

Great service works and I look forward to your next installation into our new home in early 2014 with Furnace King.

We wanted to express how pleased we are with the whole experience dealing with you and Furnace King. You set our expectations pretty high when we first met you and your team certainly delivered. I also wanted to make sure you acknowledged what a terrific job Mike and John did with the installation. It's the small details that we observed while watching them work that really stood out - everything from ensuring that all the work was appealing to the eye to picking up a cut tie wrap right away when it fell to the floor.

You also convinced us when we talked to convert my electronic air cleaner to use the regular filters mentioning that it's the particles of dust that float around and can be seen in the sunlight that need to be removed to ensure clean healthy air. The very next day we were pleasantly surprised when we looked hard and were not able to see any. Once again it's the in the details that make all the difference to us.

The system is working perfectly and we see a big difference in the quality of cooling now. I'm sure Furnace King will look after us in the years to come to ensure our heating and cooling needs are always working efficiently and effectively.

After your first visit I have almost decided to go with you because of the following reasons

1- You have arrived on time (by the seconds) for the first appointment and that told me how seriously you take the business and customer satisfaction
2- The way you have explained me about the HVAC systems and different types of furnaces and their pros and cons.

Even with that I have decide to shop around but at the end I found that you have offered me the best deal for the comparable furnace type.

Regarding the installation, I found the installation to be great and installers have cleaned everything before leaving the premises. I have seen noticeable difference in home climate after the upgrade and there are no cold patches in the house anymore.

Overall, I like the service provided by you and Furnace King to be outstanding and I will certainly recommend you to other people and certainly come back to you again for the upgrade of air conditioning unit in near future.
