Everyone that I dealt with at Royal Crown were very customer focused. The estimator was very helpful and explained the work very well. Office staff made sure that my schedule was met as to the scheduling of the job. Any issues that I had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. There were a few very minor issues with the eaves in hard to reach places, otherwise I would have rated them a perfect 10. These issues were however corrected as soon as the weather allowed. The installers kept the job site clean daily to the point that I did not know whether they had been there or not. Highly recommend.
