By far the best experience I've had with any technician. Maric St. Rose was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. I felt that he was very honest and worked in the best of our interest - no frills/gimmicks. He was punctual and respected our time. Work was completed quickly. Absolutely the best experience I've had and I recommend him highly.

Maric is fantastic! We bought an older home which did not have a/c and had a very old furnace. Maric replaced the old furnace and installed the a/c. He was efficient, VERY respectful of our home and polite. I have called Maric on various other occasions for issues we've had with the HVAC system at our other property because I know he will resolve the issue, not take advantage of us and will not oversell us on things we don't need. We we a day away from leaving for vacation when our A/C failed. The situation was urgent but Maric was able to squeeze us in and got our air conditioning working. Peace of mind restored!

After a big snow storm, my furnace stopped working.
I was referred to Maric by another heating company due to the urgency of my situation.
Maric is professional and polite and he took the time to properly diagnose and explain the problem with my furnace.
Maric returned on another day to replace the malfunctioning ignitor control module and carefully tested it to ensure that it was working properly. His careful testing revealed that there was an additional issue with a sensor that he was able to quickly fix.
It has been several months now and my furnace has never worked so well. I would highly recommend Maric and would not hesitate to call him again for my HVAC needs.

I was given Maric's number by a co-worker who was very happy with the service he had provided for him. After contacting Maric indicating that my furnace likely needed a blower motor and providing him with the model and serial numbers, he called back within the hour with a price for the job. It was this morning (Saturday) when I called, and although he had a full schedule already, still fit my repair into his day. Maric informed me that the repair would be later in the evening, and called 30 minutes ahead of his arrival. He had been working for over 14 hours when he came to my house. Maric shows great pride in his work, by thorougly cleaning the fan housing and components before reassembling. I was thoroughly impressed with Maric's work ethic professionalism, and honesty. I would recommend Maric to anyone without hesitation.

Contacted a few HVAC companies and was referred to Maric who I contacted and he quickly provided me with a quick rough estimate to do the work which was under warranty. He also came out the same day (on a Sunday) to provide an estimate for a new furnace. After getting back to me the next day to confirm that parts were under warranty he provided me with a final estimate and promptly came the same day at 6:30pm to do the repair which took about 3 hours. He provided some good insight about the furnace, the type of parts and their cost (even though under warranty) and even assisted with trying to balance the heat distribution in my older home after the installation, making sure that the furnace was working well. Overall, my experience was great! Very customer service oriented, timely contact, prompt and competent service and reasonably priced. Will most definitely refer Thermal Edge and Maric to anyone looking for reliable and competent HVAC servicing. Thank You Maric!!
