A number of years ago we had some serious roof leaks and were without the fiances to have the roof completely redone. After a search my wife found Abraham at Rapid Tac and Metalworks who specializes in roof repairs. Abraham came over immediately and patched the roof which stopped the leaks. These temporary repairs lasted four years. When we finally had the finances to redo the roof we shopped around thinking we needed one of the larger roofing companies to do this job. We were aware of the difficulties our old house presented. The roof is a combination of flat and pitched surfaces. The antiquated skylights were odd sizes and in odd locations. It was a surprise to us that some companies didn't seem to give a second thought to these skylights, their locations and the possible difficulties of installing or even acquiring new ones. Although all the companies were comparable in pricing we were not comfortable with not knowing the cost of the skylights so we contacted Abraham remembering his personable approach to our house and as before he came right over. We asked him if he did this kind of work, flat roof, pitched roof, windows and soffits etc. He said he did for repeat customers and agreed to give us a quote after a look at what we were up against. First thing Abraham mentioned was the skylights and how difficult they might be. He made it quite clear these would have to be custom made and might take some time to have manufactured. This no nonsense approach made us comfortable right from the start and because of our continuous questions it took three more visits to complete a quote which Abraham had no problem with. Abraham was very detailed in what he wanted to do for our home and what would be possible for the price. We are very happy Rapid Tac was our final choice over the larger companies. Abraham runs a tight ship. He commands respect from his crew and demands quality workmanship. Abraham is a consummate professional and is steadfast in his attention to detail. He got the job done in a timely fashion and was always available for questions. There were no financial surprises, he is very much a man of his word. The Rapid Tac crew were courteous and fastidious about clean up at the end of the day. Abraham and his crew were very respectful of our house, our family and even our dog Curry. We would have no reservations in recommending Rapid Tac and Metalworks for any and all roofing and exterior work
