I'm a first time buyer and was recommended to Joe by my realtor. Joe was brilliant - got to work immediately, and walked through everything methodically and carefully with me, explaining things and fielding some probably very junior questions. He also gave advice on best steps to take to fix some of the issues he found, general cost estimates etc. Felt very confident with his inspection and really happy with the complete binder full of notes & general information that he presented me at the end..not to mention his recommendation to check out this site to find everyone I now need to fix up my home.
