Lighthouse Inspections Toronto Central

We first saw a Lighthouse home inspection for a house that we lost in a bidding war, but the detailed nature of the report really struck us, so we decided to search them out. We recently brought them in for an inspection and Joe (the inspector) was incredibly thorough. He went through every inch of the house taking pictures and detailed notes. He even used his infrared camera on the walls (no extra cost). He talked us through everything in a clear and easy to understand manner. We unfortunately did not end up with the house, but would definitely use Joe and Lighthouse in the future if/when we need a home inspection.
