Inspector came to look for a bat in the basement and couldn't find anything and left. Charged me for the services and wasn't helpful at all. Gave me vague answers about why they couldn't find anything and were hesitant to come back. Finally they returned to the home, rang the doorbell once and just left, eventhough I told them I'd be home. They didn't try calling or ringing the doorbell again, they just didn't want to provide any service but were happy taking payment. Won't use this service ever again.

Unfortunately the bat in question was not anywhere to be found in the house on the first visit. We did go back on a second visit for no charge ( this was an extra service) inspect inside for the bat. Before we took the job it was explained that there would be a charge weather the bat was found or not.
