Available on a really short notice and was able to work out a reasonable time to do the inspection. Going through the inspection was a breeze. Alan was really thorough and efficient at the same time. Explained the attributes of the house quite well in simple language. Gave recommendations that are reasonable. Report was delivered in easily retrievable and timely manner. Requests for additional materials were addressed quickly.
Bottom line: Definitely recommendable
