Had a home inspection to identify areas of the house that needed attention before conducting renovations. Alan responded to my inquiry within a couple of hours of filling out the online contact form, and was on site earlier than the appointed time a couple of days later.
It was a learning experience for me to walk around the house with him. Alan is very knowledgeable and identified many areas that needed to be repaired that I did not consider or notice before and gave a priority listing at the end of the inspection. We finished well ahead of the scheduled time, but did not feel rushed or that anything within scope on the property was not covered.
A detailed report with pictures followed a couple days after the inspection and will be kept as a key resource moving forward. I'm very thankful for this insightful and valuable experience.
