Joel was incredibly quick to come and survey our situation. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and considerate throughout the entire process of the cleanup, mold removal and drying of our basement. He guided us in the most resourceful and helpful way through the process of repair and in addressing the drainage issues in our yeard which lead to the water entering our basement. I would highly recommend Joel and Puroclean.
