From the moment they provided us a quote to the time the job was finished, it was a seamless and quality job. All the subcontractors (esp. Randy the pianter) that they deal with maintain the same high quality standards. Depsite a few hiccups and surrpises along the way (to be expected form a 80 year old home) they were responsive and dilligent about delivering on time and relatively within budget with the least amount of disruptions to our household.
