My project was to add 3" of foam insulation on top of the existing concrete brick with a stucco finish. Elton moreso than the others, gave me a sense of comfort after our first meeting. I got 5 quotes and selected Elstructure. While the project took 2 weeks longer then anticipated (it really was a big project, $22K), the end result is most important. They completed all required steps... no shortcuts. Overall, a professional install. Clean, finished lines. It looks beautiful. And now that it's winter, I'm looking at my heating bills.. which have been significantly reduced. This will pay for itself over the years. Highly recommend.
Note: Don't forget to add budget for caulking after the stucco is done. That's a different trade and needs to be done to finish the job. Elton has referrals too.
