Assisted Review
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. I called iplumb a couple weeks ago after finding a considerable amount of water in my basement. The plumber had to take some drywall down to locate the leak that had actually been coming from the upstairs and leaking all the way down. The leak on the water pipe was fixed and i've had no problems since then.
