I contracted this company for Raccon removal from my home 6 months ago. Now I heard the racoon again. I could not verify if it was inside or out as it sounded like inside. I called and book a follow-up
Only to be told that I had to pay another 70$ for them coming to check the area. I was upset and did not pay, the contractor however wasn't happy but left regardless. I want to know, why do I have to pay for a followup service? How would I have known where the animal was coming from without a inspected follow-up? The invoice also had 1 yr warranty on area. You guys need to give customer at least 1 follow-up after the job is completed, esp if the work was don't out of season, as you already took so much.
