Very horrid experience. Problem fixed in 20 minutes and charged almost $300. Owner does not talk to customer and agent told me there is no refund for overcharge. Worker knew he had wronged me byoverchargong.

Hello Private User, I'm glad to hear that your plumbing challenge was resolved. Like all companies, we do have minimum service call fee that is required to cover overhead costs to get to your home. Sometimes we are able to make a fix quickly. This is due to our extensive knowledge and skill set built up from many years of experience in the field. We shouldn't be faulted for being efficient with our skills and knowledge. All of our pricing is upfront and is agreed upon prior to starting work. All of our technicians agree with this as if they come to work for only 20 mins, they are required to be paid for their full 2 hours as well. I hope this helps clarify our minimum service call fees.
