Telegramme Prints Ossington

I recently experienced the great framing service at Telegramme! A few weeks ago I arrived at their shop with a project: I had a bunch of family photos, a wall paint sample, an antique bronze curtain ring, a piece of wood from a sideboard in the room where the pictures were going to go and an idea. The staff at Telegramme helped me transform all of that into a pretty spectacular result! Ian helped me find a frame material and colour that perfectly complemented every other element I was working with. He gave me some great professional advice on colour so we also ended up with the perfect mat. I had 30 photos in several different sizes and predominating colours that I wanted arranged in six frames, I wanted each picture to be visible, for the spacing to be artistic and symmetrical, for the entire arrangement to fit a specified area…and wanted it all to look great. I have to say that Telegramme really delivered! Ian was knowledgeable and friendly. Ellen did a perfect job on the actual framing. Plus the project price was fully in range with other reputable framers, and it came in on time. Now I have a collection of family pictures that could have looked "okay" but were turned into a work of art. I'll definitely recommend Telegramme Framing to others and use them again!

This custom framing shop has great service and an interesting selection of prints and framing options. I took in a small poster I had recently purchased and wanted to frame. While it is a bit expensive given the size of the artwork, the finished product looks beautiful and the owner of the shop really knows what he's talking about. I will definitely return with future prints.

Went to Telegramme in Leslieville for custom framing of some art prints I bought. The store is full of wonderful lithographs that can be purchased and custom framed. They also frame customer prints. The service was excellent- they spent a lot of time with me selecting appropriate frame and mat styles and the work was well done and on time. I am very pleased with the results and while the work is not cheap (it never is) the quality is excellent. It is also nice to shop locally at a family-run business.

I recently had the pleasure of having the great people at Telegramme Prints frame 3 posters. One was this cool word art piece of the Ossington neighbourhood, and the other two were old Russian propaganda posters from the 80s that I picked up on a school trip. The colour and style advice were so spot on and they are looking great.

One of the posters (or can I say 3 of them) were a serious challenge. This was a series of three posters that fit together with a picture of Yuri Gagarin. It ended up being a massive poster and framing job, and they made it work, and provided me all the tools to get it up on my wall. Super happy at how it all turned out! They communicate well, and they have great style. I love all the inventory of other products in their store too. I'm sure we'll be buying from from them soon.
