He provided us with a detailed, thorough inspection that resulted in us avoiding making most likely the biggest mistake of our lives. You could not go wrong with hiring Rick to do your home inspection whether you are a buyer or seller; there is no other home inspector that is such an immaculate professional as Rick and he will provide you with the information you need to buy or sell your next home!

Thanks Jason. Sometimes it is difficult being the bearer of bad news, especially when everything looks so good on the surface. That being said, the best part about my job is being able to provide an un-biased, accurate and complete home inspection to buyers who want an independent and honest opinion on the condition of a house.
