Mr. Rick Strand had provided peace of mind with his qualifications and attention to detail. His experience has enabled him to know what to look for. As an engineer myself, I learned a lot from him and was quite impressed with the quick turnaround on the report. The house was relatively new, but he was able to highlight areas which could become potential problems saving time and money on future maintenance. As stated, he only books one appointment a day which allows for a thorough inspection. He is very personable and well worth the money.
