After we booked an appointment with Rick, there was some property doc issue that we had to resolve first. So we had to postpone the home inspection and Rick was not available until the following week which passed the conditional sales deadline. But we insisted to go with Rick as we read good review about his service and we managed to extend the deadline so that we can have Rick inspect the place. He was joking with me on the phone saying that hope he is worth the wait. Now I can say that he is worth the wait as he did such an excellent job. He is thorough, very knowledgeable, explains all how the systems work, not rushing. In addition, the report is very detail with lots of pictures. Couldn’t ask for any better guy.
