Rick was a pleasure to deal with, was on time and very professional and had vast knowledge of home construction and how things work mechanically and structurally. He covered the whole house from top to bottom and little details like bringing a drop cloth and mini vacuum were greatly appreciated. Rick did an excellent job of finding any deficiencies that needed attention and he was very honest throughout the inspection. Highly recommend him and would use him in the future.
