Strand Home Inspections was contracted by me to complete a new home inspection before the 12 month review by the home's builder. Rick arrived on time and had all the necessary equipment to complete the inspection. He did a very extensive interior/exterior examination of my home. As Rick conducted the inspection, he explained what he was looking for and how some of the construction was done. He also shared tips on some home maintenance items. It was obvious he had an in depth knowledge of residential contruction techniques and codes. I was comforted by the fact he is also a certified home inspector with a nationally recognized association.
