Architectural Iron Works

Moved into resale house with elevated patio and walk up from basement. Needed railings since there was some very dangerous drop offs. Iron works promptly responded to my questions and Asad came to my house and measured everything out in the middle of a rainstorm. The work was carried out on time. Quality of work is amazing. We absolutely love our new railings and get compliments on them all the time.

Asad was the nicest artisan to work with throughout the whole process of designing and constructing a major staircase for an older home. He made two home visits prior to finalizing the plan. He even suited my schedule for installation which was not easy. The staircase was very large and had to be constructed to assemble in components and it went together onsite just like Lego blocks in a few short hours with his competent crew. I would highly recommend Architectural Iron Works to anyone who requires a referral. I also plan to do other work in the future with this firm.

Asad came to my house and made diagrams of my steps with measurements for a railing on both sides. He said it would take about 6 weeks to complete the project. Five weeks later, he came to the house with the unpainted railing in order to check the fit and make some minor alterations. A week later, he returned with the completed painted railing and installed it. His work was perfect. He and his small crew were polite, personable and professional, and, dealing over the phone with his wife, the office manager, was always a pleasure. Our neighbours all commented on how good the railings look, and how they really finished off the front of our property. I would gladly recommend Asad and his company to anyone needing railings or iron work done.

Architectural Iron Works did a fabulous job on our front porch railing. We described what we wanted, and they custom made the railing to suit the space perfectly. We are going to use them again for an indoor project.

Asad and Maryam are very patient with me during the design process while I took quite long to make up my mind and made a few changes to the design of the balcony railing. The completion had taken longer than agreed but it could be due to the passing away of one of their employee. Weather could also be a factor as it was an outdoor project and I did not finalize my design until November.
