In Dec of 2012, we noticed some molding against an outer wall of my toddler's room. We called a few places to check this out urgently and they were all either all booked up or if they came, they estimated costs of approx. $10,000 with an immediate contract sign up on the spot to secure the resources, costs and an upfront deposit of 50% or prices and availability may change. He did a thorough investigation, was quick to action the plan to get the work done immediately, cut out the area, seal off the room and set up the system to suck up the air to get rid of the mold and even recommended a contractor to repair the area after the mold removal.
