R&S Window Coverings

Dev and Charles were recommended to us from some friends of ours. Our friends had told us that the work they had done at their home was exceptional, and insisted we called R&S for a quote. We initially asked for a quote on some shutters, and even though it was the most expensive option, Dev clearly identified that it wasn't the right choice for the types of windows we had. We were instantly appreciative of his honesty, and ultimately really happy with the results (and cost!). Their integrity, knowledge, quality, and pricing clearly made them the choice for us.
