Top To Bottom Renovations/Maintenance

I have used Chris many times and once again his work and service were exceptional. Work was done promptly and within budget. Will use Chris on another project in the future.

Chris and crew built a new fence and gate for us in the spring. They provided very good service from start to finish. The project was started and completed with excellent efficiency, and the workmanship was terrific!! Thank you for a job well done!!

Last month Chris and his helper installed new pavers for our newly built gazebo.
We are very pleased with the result. The important qualities that I look for in any contractor were very evident; namely good communication, creative problem solving and willingness to accommodate the client’s wishes. I witnessed the care he took in aligning and setting the stones correctly. He responds promptly to any email questions, and is easy to get to by telephone.
This is his second project with us, the first being in October 2016 when he installed a new driveway. The driveway was the envy of our neighbours and is still in good shape.

We are very happy with the job Chris and his team did for us. They worked in our yard to tear down an old fence and build a new six-foot privacy fence, along with a significant amount of landscaping work to get out overgrown gardens looking nice again. The results are amazing!

Chris and crew completed our new deck in a timely and efficient manner. Left the yard clean and tidy after each work day. Quote and pricing was very fair. The renovation was a lot of work. We did the demolition of the old bathroom ourselves. The drain for the shower stall had to be moved and also the plumbing for the water supply to the shower had to be moved. Since my house is from the 50's, nothing is square in the house. Chris did a fantastic job in the tiling work and installing also a new door to the bathroom. Chris also kept the dirt in the house to an absolute minimum. Great work and the bathroom looks fantastic!

I’ve been hiring Chris for much of the past decade to do work in and around my home. He’s done everything from the fencing, to decking, the patio, flooring and internal basic repairs like ceiling water damage. Chris repaired and replaced my backyard fence, levelled my side and built a landing for my shed. His team was fast, efficient, friendly and cooperative. He was very reasonable with all aspects of the jobs, even helping me in dealing with a difficult neighbour. Highly recommend!

Chris and his team were wonderful this past summer. They had interlocked our backyard, the work was done to our expectations and within the budget we had desired. Chris had also done repairs on our fences that were damaged due to a windstorm.

We had numerous changes during the project to the initial scope, Chris worked with us accommodating our revisions.

Overall we were very satisfied and will use Chris's services in the future again as projects come up for the front yard...
