After calling 4 different companies for quotes found Gecko and figured I’d call for one more quote...... thankfully I did!! Derricks quote was $10000 under all others! Talked with Derrick about what I wanted and in the end spent about $5000 more than the other quotes but had three times the garage and also had the house resided to match the garage!! The work they have done is second to none and they were extremely fast!! After the pad had set the garage was up sided and roofed in 2 days and that includes removing and residing the house!! Unbelievable! Derrick and his crew were a well oiled machine, everyone knew their job and everyone was friendly and polite. Couldn’t be happier. By far the best construction crew I have seen!! If you need a garage built call Derrick and crew are the best of the best!! Will add pictures soon
